Meet the Team
Dentist in Naperville, IL
Lori Odior – Hygienist

Lori is one of our incredible Registered Dental Hygienists at Caps and Crowns Dental. 19 years ago she began her career when she earned her BS from Southern Illinois University. She knew that health care was the path she wanted to take and it has proven to be correct.
She has a strong following at the practice because patients appreciate the time that she spends with them to educate them about their oral health. As we learn more about the link between oral and systemic health, it is great to be able to trust your oral health care team for news that is pertinent to your current needs as well as future needs. Lori spends time encouraging patients to develop regular habits on a daily basis that help with prevention of dental disease; a win-win situation.
Lori loves to stay busy when she is not at work. She married her college sweetheart and is the mother of 2 boys who are 6 and 16. She likes to remain active and loves watching her boys play sports.
Ale Martinez – Office Manager / Coordinator

She is crossed trained and ready to answer any of your questions. Ale started her dental career as a certified dental assistant. She earned certification through Waubonsee Community College. She is also certified in sealant placement and coronal polishing through UIC College of Dentistry. Ale enjoys traveling and being a mother to her toddler daughter. Sandra – Dental Assistant

I have been in the dental industry for eight years and LOVE my career! My greatest satisfaction is seeing people SMILE! I truly believe “you will never work a day in your life if you love what you do”.
I grew up in West Chicago and went to Community High School. Because I knew I wanted to dedicate my service in health care, I continued my education at Wabonsee Community College in Sugar Grove. Since then, I have earned a certificate for Coronal Polishing and Sealant Placement as well as my Dental Assisting Certificate. I am very familiar with the administrative functions in the practice and often get to help our patients with reserving appointments, treatment planning, insurance and helping them get answers to any questions they may have.
In my time away from Caps and Crowns Dental I am busy as a mother of three and wife! Spending quality time as a family is my favorite hobby! We like camping in our pop-up trailer, which has proven very valuable with COVID precautions. We love to travel to warm places especially when it is still cold here.
